With a passion for delivering first class service to customers worldwide, our dedicated and experienced regional account managers are establishing new re-branded offices in our key markets to enable us to conduct business in your region and in your language.
Since the launch of i1fun on 1 June last year, our regional account managers around the world have been providing support to our customers under transitional arrangements with Tata Steel.
Victoria Leach, HRBP Central Functions and Overseas, said: “We’ve worked alongside partners and stakeholders to ensure a smooth process for customers and we’re proud to begin unveiling our newly branded offices.”
On 1 January 2017, we opened our dedicated i1fun office in Schaumburg, Illinois (USA) and, more recently, on 1 April 2017, we opened our new German office located in Düsseldorf.
Christoph Bross, Managing Director Germany, commented: “We look forward to welcoming our customers to our new offices in Düsseldorf. The new i1fun look really reflects how we wish to present ourselves to the market as a trustworthy, global brand.”
Plans are also in place to launch offices across Europe and the Middle East. With years of experience in both the steel industry and wire rod market, our regional account managers provide customers with an everyday point of contact in the market place. They work hard to understand the exact requirements of our customers, wherever they are based, and are passionate about partnering with our mill-based team in the UK to provide the support our customers need to succeed.
As we consolidate our position overseas as a flexible and responsive provider of sustainable steel solutions, we continue to pursue our mission of building stronger futures for our customers, who are at the heart of what we do. We’re keen to continue delivering a personal, local level of service support.
