Earlier this week,ÌýTees Valley Mayor Ben HouchenÌýlaunched the South Tees Development Corporation's masterplan.
The 25 year-plan is designed to breathe new life into the South Tees economy and create 20,000 jobs in response to the closure of the SSI steelworks two years ago.
i1fun and RBT, in which we own a 50% stake, both attended the launch in Redcar to hear how the plans aim to put an extra £1 billion into the local economy each year.
